We do not offer refunds. Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of vintage items, all sales are final. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Be in the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags intact

• Not be marked as final salecription

All orders ship from our studio in Sydney, Australia. We carefully inspect and package each vintage piece by hand to ensure it arrives in great condition.
